Job Purpose To handleVisual merchandising and arrange for props and branding for department andtrade stores. To plan the layout for tradeshows and arrange for visual artrequirements for the same. Key Result Areas Supporting Actions Fixturedrawings Responsible for VM for departmentstores. Create Fixture drawings for departmentstores as per briefs provided by retailers. Process Designs for fabrication toProjects Team after approval from Retailers. Supply ofprops and branding Arrange for props, visual art, brandingand seasonal makeovers for department stores based on requirements fromretailers. Supply art requirements, visual art, branding, seasonal windows and designs for special offers for tradeshows. Coordinate with RVM to contact vendorsto place orders and raise POs for supplying props and branding. Tradeshow layout planning Plan the layout of trade shows on thebasis of sample counts, allocated area and allocated budget. Communicate the layout plan to otherRVM teams and assign area and budgets to them. Monitor budget for trade shows andensure expenses do not exceed budget. SeasonalMakeovers Conduct seasonal makeovers fordepartment stores twice a year. Responsible for visiting retail storesand preparing wall setup and documenting the same. Communicating the seasonal makeoversand related guidelines to retailers.Graduation,
