Job Description

    Skill Set & Experience profile: In- depth understanding of the Companies Act 2013 and exposure to compliances of private limited and LLP companies (in filing forms with the ROC and maintenance of statutory registers etc.) required. Should have undergone training in drafting the Board, Committee Minutes and Circular Resolutions and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Should also be conversant in MS Office and E-mail/Internet applications.Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Assist in company secretarial matters which include Corporate Financing, Secretarial Compliance Management, Due-Diligence, conducting Board, Committee and General Meetings and other special assignments given from time to time.
    • Assistin due diligence and other fund-raising process as required.
    • Liaison with the office of the Registrar of Companies, RBI, Banks, statutory auditors, other governmental and non-governmental agencies as required.
    • Assist in incorporation of Companies (SPVs), Change of Object Clause, Change of name, conversion, Change of situation of Registered office of the Company, Statutory Compliance and prompt maintenance of Statutory Registers etc.
    • To ensure filings under FEMA compliances including the regulations related thereto.
    • Tocollate details and prepare annual statutory compliance documents, initiate drafting of CSR, Boards report, etc. relating to AGM.
