Responsible for providing activity support to UK based Service Managers and to administer regional WIP opportunities in order to deliver the best possible service exper ience for customers. This roleinterfaces with internal Vodafone departments to drive the resolution of issues or co mplex customer queries and liaises with Sales and Delivery teams to understand WIP and the delivery of it.
