Job Description

Responsible for providing activity support to UK based Service Managers and to administer regional WIP opportunities in order to deliver the best possible service exper ience for customers. This roleinterfaces with internal Vodafone departments to drive the resolution of issues or co mplex customer queries and liaises with Sales and Delivery teams to understand WIP and the delivery of it. A det ailed understanding of operating process is required and a passion to problem s olve with attention to detail is critical.Manage billing queries and issue resolution to ensure clean bills for nominated customersSupport D elivery escalations and assist Service and Accountteams on the delivery proces s for nominated customersManage localregional WIP tracking including updat ing local systemsCompile fixedinventories and manage updates for a defined set of customersCore competencies, knowledge andexperienceRelationship Management with excel lentnetworking and influencing skillsProactive Communication Skills with a desiret o take ownership and drive for deliveryProblem solving capabilityCommercial acumenExcellent sk ills in the Microsoft suite to support data management and customer facing repo rting and analysis.Must have technical / professional qual ifications:
