Job Description

Core Responsibilities :

Identifying areas of significant Customer Business Impact and improvement opportunities therein and provide strategic direction thought leadership Answer customer queries, as well as probe the customer to obtain a full understanding of what information is being requested.
Lead and Implement business process management system for existing/new Partners
Drive and Track Quality DNA training, testing certification, lead any other analytics and productivity initiatives that come up
Implementing Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) for newly Transitioned processes
Coaching and Mentoring Process Owners and Team Members in DMAIC and Lean

Skills Required :

Qualification : Graduate / PG
Experience : A minimum of 5 years experience in Quality Auditing and Process Excellence in Call Center / BPO / BPM environment
Green Belt Certified (Mandatory)
Neutral English with an ability to converse and present the thought process
Strong Process Knowledge Process Documentation.
Ensure Positive outcomes with every Interaction.
