Responsible to drive sales of creditcards through State Bank group branches.
Drive Productivity, manage costs ofacquisition.
Ensure compliant sourcing processes Build andnurture relationships with the branch managers, key employees and the RegionalManagers.
Single point of contact for all issues thatthe branches face for their day to day operations. Update the branches on allapprovals, declines, incentives earned etc.
Train and motivate key branchemployees to Cross Sell SBI cards.
Recruit train and motivate Branch Relationshipexecutives and Managers.
Responsible for increasing approvalrates through right sourcing Develop strategies to increase sales volumes,manage costs and source through different channels.
Ability to manage teams, motivate and growsales executives Understand basic labor regulations, administrativeresponsibilities in managing agencies/sales teams Monitor and develop salesteams, ensure sales force effectiveness
-Handle a large NFTE s team size. -Delivering on volumes (Accounts), COA, and definedprofitability metrics. -Premium and High CV Accounts to be driving force forprofitable sourcing. -Establish excellent working relationships and partnershipswith key Corporate/Retail client partners -Track performance as per targets and ensure achievement ofOp plan quality parameters. -Track Application from end to end from dispatch tilldecisioning. -Track headcount and hire NFTE as per location businessrequirement. -Keeping a check on all policy changes, marketing offers.Keeping communication flow of changes to team. -Involve cross functional teams wherever required forimplementation of new ideas and suggestions which can improve upon sourcingand location profitability. -Location sourcing mix to be altered as per organizationalrequirement. -Ensuring audit parameters are adhered to in line withexisting policies.
