Purpose of the Role: Connecting customers with in commitment time and performance monitoring of Branch Coordinator to deliver services to the customers Role Description 1. Handle Zone wise Installations pending for both New & Shifting connections 2. Monitor and track Zone wise availability of Cat5e & Fiber teams 3. Adherence and maintenance of100 % quality on Call and updates in CRM 4. Manage Branch requirement Tracking (Man, Machine, Material) 5. Responsible to ensure that ROC provides Cat5e consumption to store on time 6. Responsible for tracking ROCs 100% productivity 7. Conducting Reviews on Installations with ROC & AI-R 8. Conducting Reviews with Vendor teams in branch 9. Tracking of Cat5e consumption through CRM 10. Handling escalations related to New & Shifting connections 11. Tracking of Nodal, Wrong ticket escalations 12. Coordinates with Store In charge for material 13. Take update on the pending fiber connections from FTL and fiber teams availability Key Result Areas This position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency through management of material and time consumption, quality adherence and brining in areas of improvement for process betterment in the organization Education Graduate in any discipline with strong MS Excel Knowledge Work Experience 1. Minimum 4-6 years of total work experience, relevant experience in ISP preferred 2. Hands-on experience in handling teams with stipulated service levels. 3.
