Job Description

Urgent requirement of HR Trainer/ Assistant Manager Training & Development for a Reputed Corporate Hospital in Bangalore.Qualification Required - MBA , MHM , DiplomaExperience Required - 5 to 8 yearsSalary Offered - 40000 to 60000 per monthPosition TitleAssistant Manager- L & DKey roles and responsibilitiesQualifications & ExperienceFacilitation of training programsPrepare, propose, circulate and implement the Training calendar. Monitor the compliance to the calendar by all departments and escalate any deviations to the sameDevelop various training modules and delivery of those to different sections of employeesPlan, Co-ordinate and Deliver the Induction/ Resident induction program for new joineesPlan and Co-ordinate various training programs to different sections of employeesArranging functional induction/ Buddy for new joinersIdentify training needs of employees by various methodologiesProcess papers and co-ordinate for external training programs, conventions and conferencesOversee the training/summer placement/internships/projects undertaken by students from various professional collegesMaintain training records and MISMonitor compliance to the annual training budgetAdherence & Implementation of Oracle LMS for maintaining training details & MIS/reportingConduct & monitor Post training effectiveness for programs as per deployed training effectiveness frameworkConduct & monitor post training activities for application of learning on the jobSupport in implementing the employee engagement activities.Required Education:Post-GraduationPreferred Education:MBA/MHAGraduation, Diploma in Personnel Management Working Knowledge of ComputersExperience: 5-8 YearsKnowledge and Specific SkillsExperience in developing and conducting training programsBasic HR work
