Job Description

Assistant Manager SpecificationsLocation: AhmedabadQualifications : BE Civil Engineers with 4- 8 years of experience in specification or sales or Business developmentSpecification Management : Scan for projects by engaging with consultants, specifying agencies (govt. and private) and primary sources to build project pipelines/ funnels.Ensure product positioning by type of projects / locations and based on the design requirements.Sets appropriate targets for creating specifications value and drives to achieve the targets managing the project pipeline. Drive depth of relationship with existing specifying consultants and convert non-specifying consultants.Post specification engage with various stakeholders to ensure the specification is protected.Participate and present in selected technical seminars on focus products / differentiated systems to create stronger awareness.Actively track the tendering stage of projects and engage with the sales team to ensure high conversion rate.
