To manage Entire Billing department improve overall performance. Should have a thorough knowledge of geographical locational knowledge of Bangalore city and suburban Bangalore. Should be well versed in process alignment and implementation. Manage and supervise daily operation of Billing department, by monitoring the performance of executives and their deliverables. Client interaction for timely invoice submission, queries handling and resolving and help in client support at all times. Should be capable of manpower sourcing for the department and train them and align the team to extract the maximum out of his team mates. Should have through knowledge of work exposure on billing software such as Tally ERP to bring efficiency in quality invoicing. Desired Candidate Profile: Should be responsible for preparation of all types of MIS reports and revenue analysis, to help the management in planning and forecasting. Should be able to set targets priorities to the team and able to get the deliveries accordingly keeping in mind the clients requirements. Candidate from Car Rental Industry would be preffered.,
