Job Description

Role CompetenciesTechnologyIntune

  • Support for Intune Platform.
  • Managing users, devices and license.
  • Managing device enrollment (iOS, Android and Windows )
  • Application Management (Store, LOB. ), App protection policy, Configuration profiles.
  • Creation of Compliance policy
  • Creation of Configuration profiles
  • Managing Groups, Roles and Reporting
  • Certificate Management.
  • Knowledge in Conditional access policies
  • Troubleshooting of Intune related tasks
  • Knowledge in Windows Autopilot
  • Knowledge in other MDM platform (AirWatch, Maas360)
SCCM
  • Administration of SCCM environment
  • Configuring, distributing and deploying Software Packages in SCCM on both user and machine-based collections
  • Pulling hardware/software inventory and Weekly/Monthly Compliance Reports.
  • Creating SCCM Software queries and packages & simple query-based collections and to create database queries for customer and send reports to customer if required
  • Handling OSD issues, configuring TS with new software, driver packages
  • Configuring and managing WSUS server/SUP for patch management
  • Microsoft and third-party patching with thorough understanding of Maintenance windows along with troubleshooting
  • Perform Periodic Site Maintenance tasks, Client Health and Reporting
  • Coordinate with Scripting/Packaging Team to write scripts to automate the processes.
  • Experience in configuring and troubleshooting various hardware and software related issues in Windows
