Job Description

Under general supervision (but works independently most of the time) the Product Marketing Associate is responsible for the Product Marketing presentations and pitchbooks. Will originate and execute effective go-to-market strategies for the firm s competitive product suite. This includes crafting effective and consistent key messaging and content that articulates the value proposition of investment strategies and differentiates our offerings in the marketplace. Serving as a conduit with product and investment management, this role will coordinate a variety of marketing resources to ensure distribution partners have both the knowledge and tools required to promote the firm s investment offering. The ultimate goal is to enable our sales/marketing team to drive engagement, adoption, and growth for the product family across various client channelsMajor Duties: Work with product, investment, and sales partners to build relevant content for various audiences to consume in a variety of formats Understand, refine, and clearly articulate compelling messaging, differentiation, and positioning for flagship product suite Create campaigns needed at various stages of the product lifecycle including product introduction, demand generation, client communication, and retention Continuously learn and develop deep subject matter expertise of Asset Management solutions, industry trends, channel profiles, and marketing best practices Partner with sales and channel marketing to understand audience needs and decision drivers Glean competitive intelligence from various tools to inform distribution strategy about competitive landscape & positioning Develop and creates effective marketing strategies, messaging, client materials, and sales communications Ongoing delivery of regularly updated investment strategy communications and materials. Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role) More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas Delivers a work product that requires less revision Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisionsKnowledge/ Skills: Understanding of the investment management industry, across all asset classes, channels, FINRA & SEC regulations and competitors. Strong written/oral communication and interpersonal relationship skills. Ability to translate investment concepts for various audiences. Strong work ethic and professional demeanor. Results-driven, high-performing individual with excellent planning skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on knowledge of Marketing tool Seismic would be a huge plus Ability to automate manual, repetitive processesExperience Required:4 - 6years of experience Experience on seismic would be an added advantage Prior experience in investment management functions Prior investment product marketing experience within an investment management organization would be an added advantage Prior experience in automationAdditional Information,
