We are 1900+ people strong and growing very rapidly year on year and having fun doing thatSummary :- This role will report to the VP Marketing at Simplilearn and will own the companys global brand strategy and execution - from competitive positioning, to brand advertising and social engagement. This is a high-visibility, high-impact, large-budget role that will help Simplilearn cement its position as the pre-eminent upskilling platform for digital professionals worldwide.Brand campaigns : You will launch and manage brand campaigns in India that complement our direct-response advertising and elevate our brand recognition and equity. Your team will also manage ORM and organic social media marketing.- Translate business goals into defined brand strategy and the Go to market strategy shaping and communicate our vision and mission.- Consumer Insights-Own customer and consumer understanding identify the barriers and triggers to purchase. Conceptualize brand-led ideas that can elevate brand awareness, recall, and positioning in our target segment.- Brand Management -Responsible for increasing the brand share of voice, tracking, and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns. Strong attention to detail ensuring that all activities are in line with our brand identity and guidelines.- Non-Paid Media Planning- Creative thinker with a passion for ideas and a deep understanding of using digital and traditional channels as a means for brands to communicate with online audiences.- Take ownership of the brands voice by defining guidelines and best practices across products and platforms- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors activities- Manage all online & offline marketing channels to ensure brand consistencyDesired Skills :- 3 years of brand marketing experience managing launches and digital campaigns, ideally including senior positions with CPG and/or advertising agencies- MBA from a top-tier university- Strong understanding of the Brand development process- Track record of building a strong brand following and engagement on social media- Past experience in creating creative, highly engaging campaigns delivering exceptional results- Agency, or agency management experience- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Delivered successful campaigns and projects on time, and on budget.- The right attitude to work as a team player with multiple cross-functional teams,
