We are looking for a talented researcher to join us as an Associate Research Fellow for our Technology and Policy Programme. The position is full-time and based in Bangalore, India.The Technology & Policy Programme deals with both, the governance of technology and the technology of governance. Artificial Intelligence, advanced computing, biotechnology, and cognitive science are the research focus areas under this programme.As an Associate Research Fellow at the Takshashila Institution, you willDo high-quality analysis, research and writing right from day zeroTeach Takshashila s public policy students across our various courses, as well as get involved in curriculum developmentWrite frequent blogs and op-eds on current policy issues in order to persuade the larger public, and to inject fresh ideas into the public debateOwn a few activities related to the programme, including administration, programme delivery, developing institutional partnerships and moreWhat we are looking for in you:At least 3 years work experience in the technology space, demonstrated experience in working well in different teams and in different roles.A willingness to try new things, and not be afraid of failure, and bring a creative and entrepreneurial energy to the job.A great communicator with strong interpersonal, writing and editing skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Strong analytical skills and knowledge of economics.
