Its innovative culture is driven by the passion of its 4240- strong team of scientists who work with clients from around the world to solve their scientific problems, improve R&D productivity, speed up time to market and lower the cost of innovation.Job Purpose: To be part of in-vivo pharmacology team and support in-vivo screening of NCEs in different animal models.Key Responsibilities: Be a part of the team to build strong internal scientific expertise, and introduce new techniques and animal models for the evaluation of biologics and small molecules in various therapeutic areas such as Fibrosis, Immunology, Oncology/Immuno-oncology etc Help in design, coordinate and execute key in-vivo proof-of-concept studies. Ability to develop and validate different in vivo pharmacology models. Ability to independently execute the studies, detail oriented at the bench, excellent troubleshooting abilities. Proficient in biochemical assays like ELISA, SDS-PAGE, fluorescence-based assays, UV-Vis spectroscopy etc. Knowledge on scientific data collection, Bio-statistical analysis and interpretation of data Hands on experience in flow cytometry-based readouts.Educational Qualification: M.
