Job Description

  • Techno Functional Capital Markets implementation professionals with expertise and prior work experience with one or more Capital Markets banking solutions such as Murex, Calypso, Avaloq, Fiserv, FIS, Finacle etc.
Your client responsibilities:
  • Need to work as a Program Manager in one or more Capital Markets projects.
  • Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators
  • Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead
  • Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators
  • Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed
  • Should be ready to travel to customers locations on need basis

Mandatory skills:
  • Well versed in Technical aspects of the product and experienced in designing and oversee projects to ensure proper architecture is implemented including Cloud Native Architecture
  • Good understanding of the Capital Markets Business architecture, administration, configuration, data structure
  • Sound knowledge in one more of the functional areas such as Derivatives, Equities, Debentures, Bonds, Securities and other Investment Banking areas
  • Show in-depth knowledge on best banking practices and Investment banking modules across platforms
  • Sound knowledge on IBOR transition
  • Should have worked with Pre-sales, Sales and Solutioning Teams
  • Leads ideation and development of innovation initiatives and strategic direction of Capital Markets CoE
  • Develops and implements standards, procedures and processes for improvement of quality products
  • Provides guidance and assume ownership for all projects executed by the team
  • Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
  • Conducts internal studies and/or audits on market, client and product developments to evaluate strengths and opportunities for improvement; studies and audits include issues such as profitability, productivity and quality
  • Manages and/or participates in overall process & Monitors applicable business unit work to ensure consistency and compliance with standard processes
  • Contributes to the tactical and strategic planning for future quality programs
  • Stays current with quality-related industry standards
  • Ability to handle crisis and steer the team in the right direction
  • Define/Create reusable components/ frameworks & standards to be used & tools to be used and help bootstrap the engineering team
  • Excellent people management and business communication skills
  • Other skills include Effort Estimation, Pre-sales support, engagement Assessments, Project planning, Conduct Training for clients/Internal staff
  • Good Leadership skills, vendor management skills, stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • MBA/MCA/ BE / B.Tech/ equivalent with a sound Banking industry experience of 18-22 years with atleast 4-5 years of work experience in Capital Markets banking product implementation
