Project Description
This project is to architect and develop customers business Intelligence Reporting portfolio, by doing the transformation of existing BI stake technology to PowerBI and Azure technology.
Responsibilities
Number of Years of Experience required: 12+ years of experience in Data visualization, data analytics and SQL scripting. Power BI Architect with premium Capacity experience, setup and configuration of security framework at the BI and Synapse Analytics layer using AAD groups and Synapse Analytics RLS features for masking, etc. Testing/vetting of the early release features and help with configuring a QA environment along with framing up ALM best practices. Extensive experience in performance understanding when to leverage direct query and import modes. Develop Power BI reports & effective dashboards after gathering and translating end user requirements. Excellent VBA programming skills required to develop new / modify existing applications Ability to turn large amounts of raw data into actionable information. Must have excellent experience in MS SQL Server - writing queries, joints, stored procedures, functions etc. Power BI with DAX query, Multiple Data Sources and Relationships of data Data modelling, Calculations, Conversions, Scheduling Data refreshes in Power BI Desktop Good understanding of the processes of data quality, data cleansing and data transformation Collect customer requirements, determine technical issues, and design reports to meet data analysis needs. Identify and recommend process improvements plans/ideas Creative thinking and problem solving skills Good knowledge with Azure development (Data lakes, Data bricks, Azure factory) Knowledge on SharePoint preferred Good written and oral communication skills Willing to work with stringent timelines. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Good team player should be able to coordinate tasks and work well with the other team members.
