Job Description

    *Define Master section based on surrounding environment to meet functional needs. CAD Konstruktion in NX with Daimler methodology. In-depth understanding of sealing requirements for Frame and Frameless doors. Technical Specification requirements for all sealing components Profile definitions and Benchmarking for all types of Seal Structural requirements understanding while defining targets. Styling validation for technical requirement. Concept proposal, Packaging study, Interference check. Understanding of Door mechanisms, Glass. Functional requirements know how about NVH and leakage topic.( Aerodynamic, water) Supplier interaction during development phases. Generating ideas for cost reduction and weight reduction Ensure quality and timelines of every deliverables in the projects. Discussion with cross functional teams (CFT) for incorporating feedback e.g., Simulation, Manufacturing, Vehicle integration, Corrosion protection and incorporating changes Change Management Presentation at project forum Generating ideas from project for innovation Bring in Ideas for process improvement, *Define Master section based on surrounding environment to meet functional needs.
