Job Description

    • Responsible for timely registration of cases;
    • Responsible for preparing legal files;
    • Responsible to procure timely investigation reports;
    • Coordinate with Advocates & Investigators;
    • Responsible to adduce evidence in Court and can travel for the same at short notice;
    • Should be able to do some legal research work at his/her own;
    • Responsible to initiate compromises/defence, basis the expectations of the Company;
    • Should be knowing Excel; MS Word; Power-point and can prepare reports in excel;
    • Knowledge of typing English & Hind would be an add-on and preference;
    • Should be able to read, understand the judgments of various Tribunals, High Courts and Supreme Courts.
