Job Description

    Position: Branch Manager - Sales Industry: Logistics Firm Location: [Bangalore, Ahmedabad]Objectives of this Role:
    • Represent our company with a deep understanding of our offerings and how they meet consumer needs.
    • Conduct research to identify consumer needs and align our solutions accordingly.
    • Recruit, train, motivate, and guide a team of sales representatives.
    • Drive company objectives through strategic planning, goal-setting, performance analysis, and forecasting.
    • Continuously enhance leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team implements effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Generate leads, cultivate existing client relationships, and foster long-term partnerships.
    Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales and operations plan to expand the customer base and enhance global reach.
    • Meet with potential clients to cultivate lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and market trends related to partner relationships.
    • Set objectives, provide training and coaching, and monitor team performance to ensure tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.
    • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and devise plans for skill development.
    • Supervise the sales and operations team, ensuring company quotas and standards are met by conducting daily check-ins, setting objectives, and monitoring progress regularly.
    • Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • 5-7 years of sales management experience in the logistics industry.
    • Proven track record of success in managing the sales cycle from planning to closure.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • G card in customs (required for Ahmedabad).
    • Strong leadership qualities.
    • Willingness and ability to travel domestically 40-50%.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Advanced degree.
    • Experience in motivational speaking.
    • Demonstrated success exceeding quotas.
