Location: Bangalore, KA, IN, 562110Company: SLK SoftwareAssess and execute operational readiness activities for large scale technology i nitiatives or business migration projects. Create or update operational forms fo r effective use with new technology, ensuring that all documents are in complian ce with risk and regulatory requirements. Create or update operational workflows and procedures to ensure smooth implementation of project deliverables. Work wi th IT Quality Analysts to ensure the adequacy of system testing plans. Independe ntly assess user acceptance testing needs, create test plans and execute test co nditions to ensure a quality product. Draft customer communications as needed, a nd prepare and deliver internal training material. In post implementation phase, assess initial execution of new functionality to ensure it is working according to expectations, and drive issue resolution for any implementation issues. Inde pendently assess and drive resolution of complex operational issues, including i dentifying and addressing root cause, making required operational changes and as sessing any needed technology changes.,
