Role description:- To assist the program manager with cross-functional programs across all the business verticals such as Sales, Operations, Tech, Finance, etc.- Support with quantitative/qualitative analysis, primary/secondary research, build dashboards, follow the cadence for implemented programs- A candidate will need to get her/his hands dirty: dive deep into ERP data, closely work on initiatives to make systems scalable, understand ground realities and constraints to improve implementation- Occasionally support different business teams with ad-hoc but important analysis needs- Maintaining MoM, action items of meetings; running follow-ups on action items when required- N number of other operational/tactical tasks that might come your way Requirement:- 1-3 years of experience in challenging work environments, with good exposure to analytics- Bachelors in STEM or Economics/Commerce- Motivation and ability to organize the inputs and outputs in highly ambiguous situations- Should be extremely comfortable and proficient with MS Excel; should know basic SQL/R/Python- Need to be proficiently clear and concise in written and verbal communication- Should be open to working long hours when necessary- We are a 0 to 1 start-up and often face challenges in almost every task that we take up.
