Field sales Meeting the existing && new customers (Enterprise && SMB) daily andidentifying their requirements2. Progressing on the identified requirements technically and commercially3. Maintaining good relationship with customers to understand their concerns and havethem addressed. Send renewal notifications to customer periodically and follow-up4. Work on weekly / monthly targets and ensure adherence to short and long-termgoals of the growth5. Should be responsible and accountable for revenues, margins && collections6. Should comply to the MIS reporting7. Owning up the opportunities through successful POC till submitting commercialproposals8. Should be able to gather market intelligence of the opportunities9. Estimates partners' needs and goals.10. Should be ready to learn, develop and grow skills required for the job11. Minimum 4-8 years of good experience in Cyber Security Solution Sales toDirect End Customers (Channel Sales candidates are not the right fit)12. Knowledge of the(Job Opening Location)marketand having good connectswithCIO/CTO/IT Heads13. Preferred experience in cyber-Security, else next in networking, nextServer/storage14. They must have direct contacts with IT head / CIO / CTO .15. Candidates should have experience in Direct End-Customer Product &&Solution selling to Corporate Customers. Channel Sales candidates ie.Candidates working in OEM/Vendor/Distributor companies may not be theright fit.16. Avoid candidates with Non-IT Sales background.17. Avoid candidates whose age is 45.18. Avoid Inside sales && marketing candidates for field sales positions19. Candidates should have good knowledge of IT Infrastructure / CyberSecurity technologiesDesired Candidate Profile Qualification && Skills1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.2. Excellent interpersonal skills and numeracy skills3. Excellent sales and customer service skills.4. Ability to function well in a high-paced && at times stressful environment.5.
