    1. Client Engagement:Initiate contact with potential clients, fostering rapport, and arranging meaningful meetings.
    2. Marketing Initiatives: Strategize and oversee new marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
    3. Opportunity Research: Conduct thorough research on organisations and individuals to identify new business opportunities.
    4. Customer Value Enhancement:Elevate the value of existing customers while actively attracting new ones.
    5. Market Development:Identify, cultivate, and expand into new markets, driving overall sales improvement.
    6. Online Presence:Attend virtual conferences, meetings, and industry events to stay abreast of industry trends.
    7. Proposal Development: Create compelling quotes and proposals tailored to client needs.
    8. Goal Setting: Establish and drive goals for the development team, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
    9. Team Development:Provide training and support for personnel, fostering skill development within the team.
    10. Weekend Availabilitymight be required when an important event related to our product/Industry is going on.
    Requirements:
    • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
    • Communication and IT Skills: Strong communication skills and IT fluency for effective client interactions.
    • Project Management: Ability to manage complex projects and multitask efficiently.
    • Organizational Proficiency: Excellent organizational skills to streamline workflows and processes.
    • Proactive Approach: Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, proactively addressing challenges and navigating uncertainty.
