1. Business Development manager 1. Business Development manager 3- 4 years of experience required. ROLE: Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with new builders, Identify and develop business opportunities for the Real Estate Marketing & Sales services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Locates potential business deals by contacting potential Builders; discovering and exploring opportunities. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential Work closely with the Marketing department to design and execute pre- agreed strategies built around developing new business growth Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments Open business development dialogs with strategic customers. Particular interest is to build large strategic accounts Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives Develop and implement strategies for new services Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports Serves as a lead facilitator both internally and externally for projectsDevelop and help manage client communication tools such as the corporate website Pro- actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Companys services Build referral and lead generation network KEY SKILLS: ClosingSkills Prospecting Skills Selling to Customer Needs Presentation Skills ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: MBA in Marketing Minimum 3 years of Business Development/ Sales experience, preferably with relevant experience in the Real Estate industry Strong client relationship management and development aptitude. Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization Market research experience Proven ability to work independently Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills High commercial acumen and a record of confidence dealing with middle managers through to decision makers Travel is essential for this position,
