Job Description

Savaari Car Rentals provides quality chauffeur driven car rentals in 98 cities across India ensuring that the customers get the best value for their money. We have a great Intercity and Intra-city product and we have been getting tremendous response from customers for it both in terms of our growth and the feedback that we get. One the back of this excitement, we are continually working to accelerate our growth further and bring even better value to our customers. We are venture funded by leading investors such as Intel Capital and Inventus Capital. This position is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual, with a proven track record in a Business Development role, to grow Savaaris Corporate business. The candidate should be an enthusiast in the art of Sales with excellent problem solving skills and should be a keen listener. This role is an individual contributor role to start, with responsibility for new business acquisition and growing business from accounts on a continual basis. This requires the individual to be extremely focused and have a consultative approach in selling Savaaris Corporate Car Rental services. Responsibilities Taking primary responsibility and ownership of sales targets. Identifying and creating sales opportunities with prospects through consultative selling. Scoping the market will be critical to understand where opportunities lie and building pipeline across such Industries/Market segments. Planning, Forecasting and Sales Pipeline management in a meticulous manner. Responsible to formulate and suggest sales strategies to Core Team for business growth. Data driven approach throughout the Sales pipeline. Should have the ability to build sales solutions backed by data and convince clients with the consultative selling approach. Coordinating with Internal and External stakeholders for closing sales and addressing client concerns in the most efficient manner. Should have the ability to take command or provide support as the situation demands. Great communicator with good listening skills. Should double up as Account Manager in addressing Clients concerns. Requirements An undergraduate degree with at-least 4 years of professional experience. Or advanced degree with at-least 2 years of professional experience. People with relevant Corporate sales experience will be given preference. Strong ability of communication combined with good listening skills. Should have good presentation skills. Having past experience in a demanding position and demonstrated good business skills. Entrepreneurial mind-set keen on learning. Good negotiation skills with focus on value-based selling. Strong in logical reasoning, analysis and quantitative aptitude. Role will be based in Bangalore.,
