Our client is a fast growing Structural Detailing company providing specialized services in the field of Structural Detailing for Steel, Concrete and Masonry projects. They have been providing quality Structural Steel detailing services for the Fabricators, Erectors and EOR in USA and Canada based on AISC, NISD, CISC including OHSA standards. Currently they are looking for Business / Sales Head for Structural Steel Detailing - Bangalore location.Conduct Market Research to Identify Selling Possibilities and Evaluate Customer Needs. Actively seek out New Sales Opportunities through Cold Calling , Networking and Social Media. Generate Leads, compile and update customer database, exploring US, UK and other markets for Structural Steel Detailing Services. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. Negotiate /close deals and handle complaints. Collaborate with team to achieve better results. Must act as bridge between the company and its current market and future markets. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment. Ensure customer communication through brochures, email campaigns, presentation showcasing capabilities. Skills Required Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for communicating with international clients. Should be hardworking, honest and loyal to the company. Should be able to negotiate with clients and customers to get higher profit margins. Proven work experience as a Business Head. Excellent knowledge of Ms Office.
