Job Description Business Development Manager/ Business Develoment Executive Exp:1 - 6 Yrs Work Location: Bangalore, Vijayawada, Chennai, Selam, hyderabad, Pune, Candidate should be available for F2F with us. Work with and expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business. Research organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets. Research the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing. Understand a prospects business needs and work with the expert teams to develop a tailored solution. Identify requirements for WYNX GROUP services and have a Go-To-Market strategy. Responsible for developing new market initiatives, assessing new markets, and analyzing business opportunities. Coordinate with management and clients to identify business development opportunities with existing and new clients. Work with management to develop and implement business development strategy for a defined territory. Desired Skills: Excellent communication skills in English with a go-getter attitude. Must be willing to work in EST timings. In-Depth knowledge on IT Services industry. The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent time management and organizational skills(Excel, Word, Powerpoint) MBA freshers, Outbound Sales experience from reputed Call Centers can apply.,
