Business Development Manager - Property Acquisition, 2- 5 years, Koramangala We are looking for an extremely bright, well- spoken, well organized, a hardworking go- getter looking for exponential career growth in a short span of time. You will be responsible for all our business development and sales. You will be responsible for new property acquisition through various means, and innovative channels. You will be the first point of contact into our company for any new clients, and will need to represent the company accordingly.Your responsibilities would include: Establishing new channels through which new properties could be acquired under our management Explaining the value proposition to potential clients, clearing any doubts, and walking them through closure. Acquiring Channel Partners and managing relationships with them. Creating partnerships with builders, and gated communities, through whom we could market our services. Following up with potential clients on a regular basis, and tracking leads in an organized manner. Setting aggressive targets and tracking all metrics to track our performance, so we know which areas we need to tune. Requirements: Pleasant personality, confident and very well- spoken individual.
