Job Description

    a. To Maintain Clients Relationship and looking for an innovative and forward thinking candidate.b. Cultivating strong relationship with new clients, while maintain existing client relationship.c. Organize meetings with the identified customers, make powerful, effective marketing presentations.d. Make sure to close all the opening requirements with help of recruitment team.i. Should be handle offer processing salary like ESI, PF, PT, INCENTIVES of employee working.j. Handling relationship with new clients and get us a manpower staffing solution.k. Planning the effective on boarding of new joiners.l. Process error free payroll on given timem. Maintain yearly leave, off detailsn. Monitor daily attendance sheet and leave details for month end payroll process.o. Distribute salary slip to all staffs.p. Maintain all statutory resisters and all related documents to staff, maintain every staff files.
