Job Description

    General Duties and Requirements:Graduates with Min. of 12+4 Campus Education (BE / M.Sc / MCA)Minimum of 8-10 years experience as a Business Analyst with The US healthcare client and Health IT projectsWork with US customers in night shiftFair Knowledge on Patient Registration i.e. Admission, Discharge and TransfersFair Knowledge on Clinical data sources E.g. EDI, ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, 837I, 837P, CCDA, QRDA, HL7, FHIR, EMRUnderstanding different HIPAA measures (DSRIP / MIPS / ECQM / HEDIS / HCPCS etc)Ability to understand and develop data mapping documents, Technical Documentation and Specification documentExcellent documentation skills and knowledge of various approaches for requirements analysis and documentationExperience with defining test cases and test scriptsConduct internal and client UAT sessions before releaseWork with business stakeholders and decision makers to gather and define business and functional requirements, and technical specification.Create detailed documentation of features and functionsDefine processes and workflows to improve product development activitiesCollaborate in the planning and design of new applications, and enhancements to existing applicationsWilling to work with US customers during their daytimeRequired Skills:Graduate or Post graduate in IT / Health and Hospital managementGraduates with Min. of 12+4 Campus Education (BE / M.Sc / MCA)US healthcare knowledgeExcellent written and oral communication skills and experience of interacting with end clientExcellent listening and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously managing multiple assignmentsAbility to conduct research into systems issues and products as requiredAbility to communicate ideas in both technical and non-technical termsAbility to work with minimal supervisionJob Segment: Business Analyst, Technology ,
