Assessing architecture and hardware limitations, plans technical projects in the design and development of CAD software. Defines and selects new approaches and implementation of CAD software engineering applications and design specifications and parameters. Develops routines and utility programs. Prepares design specifications, analysis and recommendations for presentation and approval. May specify materials, equipment and supplies required for completion of projects and may evaluate vendor capabilities to provide required products or services.Qualifications Looking for candidates with following Skill sets: Masters Degree in Engineering with atleast 4yrs or more experience in related field or a Bachelors Degree with atleast 6 years of experience Good working knowledge in Timing with hands on expertise for Primetime Working knowledge in formal Verification, low power checks, power calculation for tools like VCLP, Conformal, PTPX etc will be preferred Good automation skills in Python, PERL and/or TCL and/or Shell Good communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work in a multisite team environment Thorough understanding of Foundry PDKs and Reference FlowsInside this Business Group In the Design Engineering Group (DEG), we take pride in developing the best-in-class SOCs, Cores, and IPs that power Intel s products.
