Job Description

  1. Qualification: BE in Mechanical Engineering
  2. Experience:
  1. 2-3 years experience in use of CAE software like MSC Nastran, Patran etc.
  2. Experience as trainer for users of CAE software will be an added advantage.
  1. Communication:
  1. English: Fluent in speaking and writing (email/messaging).
  2. Computers: Fair knowledge of software installation and licensing. Knowledge of system networking will be an added advantage.
  3. Kannada: Fluent in speaking.
  1. Travel: Ready for local travel within Karnataka state (current project requirement) and within India on short notice.
  2. Training: Selected candidate will be further trained on software, training methodology, installation procedure and troubleshooting etc.
  3. Work Location: Reporting to Altem Technologies, Bangalore but continuous visits to other engineering institutions across Karnataka.
  1. Learning and update knowledge on the use of CAE software for mechanical simulation.
  2. Training institution faculty and student in the use of CAE simulation software.
  3. Installation of simulation software for mechanical engineering by remote connect or in-person visit.
  4. Trouble shooting for installation at various institution by remote connect or in-person visit.
  5. Supporting other trainers during training activities by remote connect or in-person visit.
