Learning Pathways o Support the Career Pathways Manager who is reasonable and accountable of all elements that relate to Career pathways across the Film and TV service line. o Working with the Career Pathways Manager, review pathway requests and propose solutions to support the development of career pathways. o Manage the creation and development of career pathways on our LMS system. o With guidance from the Career Pathways Manager conduct quarterly reviews of career pathways. o Working with the local Content Creation Team, assist in reviews on core generic content that forms part of career pathways. o Manage the deployment of all content updates within pathways, making sure the content has been deployed in the correct pathways and where required reset. o Build and maintain the Career Pathways roadmap and schedule for all future role outs and launches. o Responsible for alignment of all career pathways to competency frameworks of each department. o Building and maintaining a central location for all documentation relating to Career pathways, including offline structures of each pathway way. Management of Learning Content within Career Pathways o Working with the Content Creation Team, manage the content structure that forms part of the Career Pathways on Confluence. o Manage review processes to make sure all external links from the LMS to Confluence and back are working or fix where appropriate. o Highlight to the Career Pathways Manager and concerns or challenges In relation to the Career pathways. Operational Effectiveness and Control. o when required Fill out and manage weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI and reporting on L&D activities within Career Pathways to demonstrate delivery and impact. Experiences Required Experience in Learning and Development, Adult Education or related field or equivalent Experience in operating in and around Learning Management Systems. Experience In scheduling and reporting in an L&D space. Desire to move into L&D Skills Required: Good solid communications skills Attention to detail. Ability to operate in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment. Analytical mind set. Motivated self-starter that aims for the highest standards.
