Job Description

We are looking to hire a friendly and professional Table Games Dealer to operate our casino tables. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all gaming functions for the assigned casino game. This may include shuffling and dealing cards, distributing casino chips, playing house hands, determining winners, and preventing cheating at the table. You may also be required to interact with customers and report irresponsible behavior.To ensure success as a Table Games Dealer, you should have a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent mathematical skills, and the ability to work nights. A top-class Table Games Dealer is friendly yet professional and conducts each game with speed and precision.Table Games Dealer Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all gaming functions for the assigned table.
  • Receiving and managing casino chips.
  • Shuffling cards by hand or via the automated shuffle machine.
  • Greeting customers and distributing cash chips.
  • Announcing the start of the round and taking bets.
  • Announcing the closing of the betting round.
  • Distributing player cards.
  • Playing house hands, spinning the roulette wheel, and throwing the dice.
  • Determining winners and distributing winning chips.
  • Preventing cheating at the table and reporting irresponsible behavior.
Table Games Dealer Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience as a Table Games Dealer.
  • In-depth knowledge of casino games including Roulette, Poker, Craps, Blackjack, Baccarat, Sic Bo, Casino War, and Red Dog.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent mathematical skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work shifts and at night.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Good communication skills.
