Job Description

    • Work extensively with the Market/Under writers, Client Service groups and Bankers to setup New Loans, process Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Pre-payments, Funding, Rate-Fixings, Fees, collection of interest, Nostro & Past Due Reconciliation using multiple loan platforms/Credit applications
    • Ensure all SLA s (Quantity & Quality) are met and any exceptions are immediately escalated for resolution
    • Process with high levels of accuracy to ensure transactions do not lead to Financial losses or Risk events
    • Ensuring all controls and JP Morgan requirements are adhered to at all times and any risk items escalated immediately
    • Comply with audit and compliance regulations for internal and external audits
    • Maintain high levels of engagement with the Lenders, Credit executives/Underwriters, Client service executives and Bankers
    • Ensure timely escalation to Senior management, as appropriate
    • Maintain 100% client satisfaction that is received through i Survey scores
    • Follows up on deficient documentation with relevant stakeholders
    • Be an SME in the process and understand the upstream and downstream process
    • Analyze the process flow and suggest improvements to eliminate redundant steps through effective value stream mapping

    Key Skills & Attributes
    • Bachelor s degree in Commerce/Accounting preferred
    • 1 - 4 years of work experience, preferably in Banking/Mortgage/Financial Analysis and Loan Operations
    • Candidate should be open to work in night shifts
    • Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with various stakeholders and across levels
    • Manage the complex requests with minimum supervision and independently make the decisions related to the process
    • Preferable knowledge on aspects of Financial Statements, MIS reporting, Credit Agreement and other loan documents
    • ACBS/VLS/LIQ servicing system knowledge preferred
    • Demonstrate the attributes of flexibility and accountability
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in team environment
