Job Description

Key Responsibilities Transformation & Simplification Excellence
• In depth understanding of commercial Lending (vendor) applications like Finastra Loan IQ, FIS -ACBS and other market leading commercial lending platforms
• Strong product knowledge/hands on experience and domain expertise on commercial lending operations, E2E process/loan life cycle
• Reengineer processes in correlation with Deal Closing, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Pre-payments, Funding, Rate-Fixings, Fees and external payments, collection of interest, Nostro & Past Due Reconciliation, Collateral & Insurance tracking on commercial lending
• Evaluate business processes, requirements analysis, uncovering areas for improvement, developing, and implementing solutions
• Elicit, analyze, and validate the business needs. Serve as liaison between stakeholders and users
• Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards
• Create process models, specifications, diagram, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project teams. Effectively manage competing resources and priorities.
• Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and key stakeholders
• Participates in the QA of solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized

Key Skills & Attributes
• Bachelors Degree with 10 - 12 years experience including minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or loan servicing work, preferably for commercial lending or experience in a Back office/Financial industry
• Candidates with knowledge of loan systems like Loan IQ, ACBS will be an added advantage
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

• Strong problem solving and investigative skills to undertake analysis, resolve issues/problems related to the process
• Knowledge of investment banking products including Loans
• Proven track record and experience in driving medium to large sized projects with strong results
