Dear Candidate,Greetings from People First Consultants!We re hiringChatbot Architect for our reputed client in BangaloreJob DescriptionAs a Chatbot Architect, your key responsibilities will include support Chatbot initiatives with efficiency, keep them future relevant by suggesting and performing enhancements.Build chatbots, perform evaluation of use cases, challenge requirements, develop scalable solutions from an enterprise view and continually evaluate the use of right technologies to be used which can enhance the user chatbot experience.You will evaluate various interfaces (new and existing) with the platform, drive towards simplification, build support user training material and define, build/implement a lean technical support model.We expect you to provide inputs for cost model and suggest ways to keep the cost of operations and onetime costs low.You will also be responsible for building, ensuring re usability of technical solutions, improvise/standardize on the Chatbot solutions and overall responsible for all technical solutions in the Chatbot team.QualificationsBelow qualification are required.

  • Bachelors and/or Advanced degree in Computer Science from a reputed Tier 1/Tier 2 professional Engineering college
  • MBA from a Tier 1 Business School preferred
  • Hanson experience in conversational interface solutions
  • Programming experience with preferably Node.js or Python
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various chatbot technologies
  • Well versed with Google Dialog Flow
  • Demonstrated competency in navigating through structured as well as unstructured internal client business settings
  • Ability to work well with business analysts, programmers, vendors and end users in cross functional teams
  • Experience working with third-party service providers is a plus
  • Creates and maintains process, technical, project or other documentation, to define and set various best-practices
  • Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translating them into actionable outcomes
  • Good analytical skills and should be able to grasp existing systems and propose solutions accordingly
