Roles & Responsibilities CSDE capabilities are structured across six areas - knowledge & research , strategy & consulting , innovation & action , programs & initiatives , technology & platforms , and convening & collaboration.As the CEO , you will be instrumental in building CSDE into one of the world s leading institutions in skill development and entrepreneurshipset the vision for CSDE along with our founder and define its overall strategy in creating impact - scale at a national level and provide expert guidance to all functional areas , including innovation , operations , consulting , technology , convening and so on.inspire meaning & purpose , serving as a public champion for the cause of CSDE and establish its credibility in the ecosystem through authentic engagement and galvanizing the institution to create & drive solutions to the large , complex and long - term problem of youth employability , employment and entrepreneurshipbuild great talent & teams by cultivating a high - performing , one - team culture and empowering the team towards autonomous delivery , while exercising appropriate balance of controlexecute with excellence , driving day - to - day operations , aligning resources to achieve defined key priorities and proactively mitigate any legal , financial , or governance risksmobilize stakeholders , regularly reporting updates to the Founder , Board & Advisors , and all stakeholders regarding progress on strategic priorities , and collaborate with Board to accelerate progress and continuing to invest in strategic partnerships & relationships to drive shaping of the institution Apply only if you have: a strong passion for social impact a target - driven , ambitious , high - performer background , with a history of consistently exceeding expectations complete ownership of your work , and take responsibility for outcomes leadership experience of at least 5 yrs and overall 20 yrs (eg: VP / MD / CEO) or MBA , preferably from Tier 1 schools proven track record of building successful businesses / institutions from the ground up , ideally in recent roles demonstrated experience in managing large and diverse teams across geos,
