Job Description

PREFERRED BACKGROUND:Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in an on-the-ground, fast-paced business, preferably in sales, procurement or supply.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Grow revenues and improve fleet utilization
Manage a sales team to drive customer acquisition
Manage retention, deployment and quality of our driver partners
Recruit and build an A-team
Communicate product/process needs to the executive team. Work with product/engineering to deliver on them
Help scale our business other cities through developing and sharing best practices

REQUIREMENTS:

Pure, unadulterated hustle along with a get stuff done attitude
Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment
Prior experience of managing a large, cross-functional team
Experience of working in an on-the-ground, fast-paced business, preferably in sales, procurement or supply
A good understanding of the city and of the local language will be a big plus
