We achieve this with deliberate efforts to build a data and deep tech driven platform to power our supply chain.Position Overview:- City Sales Head wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel partners, based on geography, channel, or market. He/She is responsible for cracking the right Go-to-market strategy, achieving targets on store onboards, same store growth, expansion to new geographies and cash collection.Roles and Responsibilities:- Cracking the right Go-to-market strategy for Meat & fish sales & distribution in the city with RWA channel- Drive new customer acquisition, BTL events/activities in the societies and expansion in new geographies- Drive customer retention, re-activation and run promotions basis geography, customer ordering pattern & so on- Onboard resellers who can drive sales in particular catchment and manage them to increase sales- Conduct daily and weekly review meetings with the team and conduct performance reviews- Proactively recruits team members and focuses on strategic business expansion- To be working along with the category team to figure out the right product assortment mix and the right pricing strategy for the sales growth- Actively collaborating with category, sourcing & Ops teams for ensuring the best customer experienceKey Requirement:- Relevant work experience in sales in similar space with a penchant for leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and large-scale people management- Identifies, builds, and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally- High on ethics and transparency- Self-starter, entrepreneurial attitude with a high level of ownership- People management: Ability to handle manpower in an effective way and specify tasks and effective utilization of the available resource- Ability to manage large teams and track the right metrics- Should be good in analyzing the data and come up with ways to grow the business,
