CLIENT SERVICING Primary point - of - contact for client accounts , Understand Key deliverables lead day - to - day management of client experience Handle multiple accounts right from receiving briefs , briefing creative team and managing account deliverables Coordinate all aspects of client project management and ability to handle all related administrative jobs Assist in strategy development and project coordination with creative production team and external vendors Handle all financial aspects of client projects such as invoicing , billing , payment followup and collections Responsible for delivery of creatives of all projects and ensuring accuracy and quality at all times Understand branding practices and guidelines of identiti and apply this knowledge in preparing / assisting presentations Generate new business leads and solidify existing businesses JOB PROFILE Adept at multitasking and problem solving.
