Might have to connect from Home in case of escalations.Complement a high- performance team with your unique talents for innovative cloud solutionsDesign and implement cloud solution in Azure, AWS and more in futureSupport existing systems and application performanceMake recommendations on improving system performance and reliabilityParticipate in systems design to marry business needs with proper technology (must be able to communicate in business terms)Ensure proper integration between software applications and infrastructure architectureEnsure solutions are maintained for high availability, scalability, security, and supportabilityOversee information systems security safeguardsEnable effective integration between Development and OperationsContinually learn, discover, evolve, and mentorCommunicate via phone and/ or Email, follow up with global teams in Europe, America, Asia, Japan, etc., and resolve incidents / IssuesAnalyze and fix Problem tickets, provide the RCA Report and solution (if not possible) work around to the Business.Manage Projects and deliver projects on timeEnsure timely creation of necessary reports or documentation related to the job or update the knowledge base.Follow Incident, Change and Problem Management processes as defined in following the ITIL best practices.Look for Opportunities in Automating routine IT Admin tasks.Should have an innovative mindset to find new solutions and processes which will help IT InfrastructureAlways look for the service improvements either with Technology or Process changes, Discuss with Management and implement the same when approved.Required IT SkillsMandatoryMinimum qualification B.E / B.Tech / Graduate6 +years, at least 3 years in Cloud OperationsCertification MS Azure Infrastructure and Deployment(AZ- 100)Expert in Powershell scriptingBroad understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Virtual Machines, Cloud Services, Storage ServicesGood understanding of modern Containers Micro- services architecturesGood verbal and written CommunicationGood to haveExpertise in MS Azure automationGood in PythonExpertise in AWS EC2, S3 WorkspaceGood knowledge in Docker KubernetesRedHat Open Shift knowledgeIIS and .Net KnowledgeExperience with SQL and NoSQL database systems,
