    We are looking out for a well expereinced candidate from Mutual Fund sales background who would be heading the Karnataka state for our Client which is a Asset Management Comapny based at Bangalore.Candidates with good IFA empanelment experience would be preferred.Please find below the details for your reference.Job Designation: Cluster Head(Karnataka)Job Location: Bangalore1. SalesAchieve Net AUM in high margin products as per the targetsAchieve the SIP monthly trigger as per the targetsAchievement of Sales targets inclusive of High margin and Low margin products allocated for your market.2. DistributionEstablish, develop and maintain business by selling all products of the AMC through various distribution channels including IFAs and Direct Sales to clients / corporates.Broad base the distribution networkConduct regular visits to all the distribution branches and IFAs in your marketConduct regular trainings for the distributor staff and IFAs related to AMC productsPlan and carry out effective distributor engagement activities within the market and local area proactively.3.MarketingAct as an agent of brand building for the companyEnsure adequate marketing support provided to Distributors at all timesCarry out marketing activities for the Distributor and IFAsInputs to develop sales & marketing support tools required to provide better service to the distributorFacilitate upward feedback for the product development process4. Team ManagementManage the Team of Sales personnel to achieve the allocated AUM targets through themEnsure Sales Team is adequately trained and competent to perform their tasksMonitor the progress made by each member and give timely feedback so as to enable team members accomplish desired resultsFormulate and implement the internal and external training programs for sales officers of the company and distributors staffQualification Graduate / Post GraduateExperience 8 years and aboveCertification: NISM-VA/AMFI (mandatory)CTC Open(Salary will not be a concern at all for the right kind of candidate)
