Project Delivery: Lead and deliver project/multiple projects ensuring value delivery for the client within stipulated project timelines and budget Manage client stakeholders across the board and Accenture project team CXO level stakeholder management (Client and Accenture) Monitor project financials and deliver against target profitability Networking and Business Development Create and manage good independent relationships with clients Expand opportunities with existing clients through proactive identification of pain points and innovative solutioning Lead and drive solutioning for new business opportunities Developing Thought Leadership and Assets Ideate and develop cutting edge points of view/articles that drives Accenture equity in the market Design and build assets that distinguish Accenture capabilities to drive additional business Knowledge Management Strong contribution to knowledge sharing efforts, reviews and continually improves processes so that the team and firm capture and leverage knowledge People Management Build a strong team and be a strong role model, act as mentor and coach to ensure team aspirations on career growth are balanced with the firms expectations Build the right talent through robust training sessions (design curriculum/deliver sessions) and through recruiting activities for the practice. EXPERIENCE: 6 - 10 years of relevant post qualification experience Consulting or Industry background with specific expertise in Supply Chain Strategy, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Sales & Operation Planning Led and delivered large scale engagements/teams (exposure to global clients or working across multiple geographies will be an added advantage),
