You ll use your expertise to develop exciting new learning strategies and solutions. You ll help clients manage organizational change and smooth the transition process. Essentially, you ll be part of the team that is creating the workforce of the future!YOUR ROLE Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as a LMS Associate Manager in our T&O practice, a typical day might include: Build relationships and consult with internal clients to propose solutions for learning and development needs to align with business needs.Partners with the learning leaders across the clients platforms to enhance learning services for each line of business by leveraging existing programs.Leads, manages and coaches a high performing team of Learning professionals to deliver on overall Learning the specific platform s strategic priorities while providing an efficient and effective experience for all business partners.Build and lead a team to implement learning management system (LMS), Portal Infrastructure (based on SharePoint), Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) platforms, content authoring tools like Lectora, Articulate, Quiz/Assessment tools, and more as needed to bring our learning strategy to life.Serve as subject matter expert in developing suitable technology strategies and architecture and proactively monitor and maximize industry leading practices and build external relationships.Collaborate with leadership to determine the project objectives. Develop Strategy documents for Functional design, Migration & Integration workstreams.Develop or write codes that support the overall business objectives and strengthen the quality and functionality of business-critical applications to provide optimal functionality. Design new programs and applications that meet the business requirements. Formulate program specifications and basic prototypes. Transform software designs and specifications into high functioning code in the appropriate language.
