Job Description

    Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Collection Specialist . In this role, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
    • Debt Collection: They ensure that overdue payments or debts are recovered from individuals or organizations who have defaulted on their obligations.
    • Negotiation and Settlement: They may negotiate settlements or payment plans with debtors to recover the owed amount or find alternative solutions.
    • Legal Action: If recovery efforts fail, the KRRA may initiate legal proceedings against the debtor to recover the assets.
    • Reporting: The agent is responsible for documenting and reporting the status of the recovery process to the concerned financial institutions or organizations.
    • Asset Repossession: In certain cases, the KRRA may be involved in the repossession of assets used as collateral for loans.
    • Customer Service:
      • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns.
      • Work with customers to resolve disputes or billing errors that may affect payment.
    • Reporting:
      • Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities and outstanding balances to management.
      • Assist in Analyzing delinquent accounts and identifying accounts that require escalated action.
    • Coordination with Other Departments:
      • Work closely with sales, customer service, and finance teams to address issues related to invoicing or disputes.
      • Collaborate with the legal department for cases that may require legal action or escalation.
    • Qualifications:
    • Graduation / Diploma / PUC
    • Languages: English, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi.
    Skills:
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with collection software.
    • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
