Job Description

    Collections ManagerExp- 5 to 10yearsLocation- BangaloreNp- 15days to ImmediatePrimary Skills:5 years + management experience in a trade AR environment Preferrable in the IT/Cybersecurity sectorAnalytical and critical thinking.Fully understanding of the complete order to cash process.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and Key relationships within the company.Proven people management and interpersonal skills.Ability to build a world class collections team and build trust and respect within the team with an open-door policy.Negotiation skills on delinquent accounts.Makes sure employees comply with company policies when contacting individuals and other companies to collect past due balances.Excellent Excel skills.Preparing monthly feedback reports on payment collections.Work with team to maximise collections on a weekly basis to ensure targets are met.Secondary skills:Establish goals and targets for the team by working with the director of CCAR.Employ and train collectors to a high standard.Organised with the ability to plan and prioritise work.Tracks the rate of success of the entire process and recommend any adjustments when necessary.Efficiency in SAP or other ERP systemEfficiency in a collection tool EG: YayPay, D&B, Growfin, Tesario
