Job Description

    As part of Methods team, you will: Analyze technical data and make recommendations for technical solutions (technical publication changes) Manage / Deliver Publication query responses and outputs to the required cost, quality, and timescales, with engagement and support of key stakeholders. Proactive identification of anomalies in current manuals, propose optimization and improvisation of current process, tools and methods by thorough verification Roll out of Service Bulletins, Tooling improvements, Design iterations, Repair procedures to manuals Review Drafted Manuals for technical correctness, adhering to industry standards and specifications Conduct PFMEA, PFD, Risk analysis, time studies or equivalent Industry analysis tools and techniques to review, verify and validate the procedures and steps for baselining, optimizing and standardizing. Technical Skills Required: Aero engine System / Sub-system / Components design / Assembly / Servicing /Repair experience Proven ability to exercise engineering judgement to identify Safety /Reliability / Cost issues and provide solutions Demonstrated ability to successfully interface with external customers Hands on experience on adopting Industry standards like ASD S1000D, ATA ISpec 2200 High level of systems thinking, leadership and integration skills. Communications and networking skills with an ability to deliver clear messages at all levels of an organization,
