• Develop and maintain of MFT monitoring and schedule configurations
• Interpret documentation and craft handbook and maintain technical documents; Implement customer requested changes
• Implement clustering mechanism to reduce the administrative tasks

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 6+ years of experience with Connect Direct infrastructure
• Ability to resolve issues related to SI, SFG, and Connect Direct
• Experience in implementation of changes such as creation of trading partner profile, Code list, Routing rule
• Proficient in Certificate change when expired, PGP key change as required for SI, SFG and GIS on Graphical User Interface

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

• Experience in scripting for automation of application deployments and other infrastructure components
• Working knowledge of sterling secure proxy implementation to link the third party
• Proven ability to intake request handling
• You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
