Job Description

Sr. Analyst, Data Services Bottler Data, ConsultantThe Senior Analyst role on the CBS Bottler Data Collection Team will be primarily focused on data analysis, support, and training for Independent Bottlers, and internal/external constituents. This position acts as a Subject Matter Expert in the various areas of business processes and how they relate to The Coca-Cola System (TCCS). This position is responsible for supporting complex projects. This position will be responsible for working with the existing systems available from the Coca-Cola system to complete key tasks related to existing and new business initiatives. This position will be required to thoroughly understand Independent Bottler business data and have the ability to analyze it to make recommendations or business decisions. This person must be able to make business decisions independently based on analysis performed. This position will require a thorough understanding of the business processes and systems currently available within the Coca-Cola system, the various industries of our customers, and the beverage industry. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with assigned internal and external customers to understand their business routines, performance metrics, audience, and overall role in the Coca-Cola system.
  • Act as an extension of customers teams, anticipating needs and providing excellent service in analysis and reporting.
  • Work with TCCS customer base and internal constituents across the TCCS finance, sales and marketing organizations
  • Meets with constituents to understand needs, finds ways to resolve issues, and creatively offers solutions to complex business opportunities
  • Coordinates small to medium projects within CBS
  • Use multiple large sets of data to identify issues before they are discovered by customers. Decipher large sets of raw data to identify issues with formatting based on Coca-Cola developed requirements and external customer requirements
  • Communicates issues timely to constituents and provides detailed course of action for correcting complex data issues
  • Creates processes to retrieve data from various internal and external sources
  • Creates business process flow diagrams based on project needs
  • Communicate clear and concise information to every level of the business
  • Review and explain technical requirements to vendors and customers
  • Route customers to the correct team or contact by applying knowledge of roles and responsibilities, governance, business processes and system ownership
  • Provides appropriate documentation and training as needed
  • Assists with technical and business issue resolution
  • Participates in team meetings and makes recommendations to improve processes
  • Responsible for administrative functions required
Qualifications/Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Ability to learn complex processes related to data
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Detailed Knowledge of Coca-Cola Business
  • 3-5 years of in-depth knowledge and experience with sales reporting tools
  • Experience with Matrix reporting tools (ASR, MSR, MVR, MAS) as well as Coca-Cola Food Service & RTM data
Preferred Skills
  • Outstanding drive, interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Excel & Microsoft Suite of tools
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools & syntax
  • Moderate to Advanced familiarity of database architecture/programming languages (SQL writing, Python, SAS)
  • Proficiency with Alteryx or related tools
  • An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus
  • Good work ethic and high attention to detail, with a desire to learn
